How to add Refillable Ink Tank to Canon PIXMA Printer - PGI 280 CLI 281 Cartridge CIS CISS

Canon PGI-280 and CLI-281 cartridges are easy to refill. For frequent printer users, they have to refill it every 150 to 200 pages. By adding a large external tank, we can reduce the refill frequency and thus save a lot of time and hassle.

the plug on bic pens is perfect for a plug and they already have the hole in place.

Can i do it without priming ? can i just run the deep cleaning function multiple times to remove the air?
