Glad you all got back to the POINT! I am lucky to live acceptable drive time so we go often. So often the kids are getting bored of the park, can you imagine that? Steel Vengance yes totally agree you can get good and horrible rides based upon how your buckled down. I am still shocked you all don't enjoy Millennium Force. Ugh they need a new song & theme parade. So much for 150th being a special season and year.
Millennium Force is a weird one really, it feels like it should be so much better though. I can't ever imagine getting bored of Cedar Point haha, thank you for watching :)
Been going since 1972. It truly is a place like no other. Rich in History and deep in tradition for so many families. It’s an amazing park with an amazing atmosphere that’s been laying down roller coaster track for over 100 years!
I have desperately wanted to visit this park since the 1990s and I really enjoyed your vlog. Thanks so much for finding the time to film so much of your time there🥰
Awww Scott I must say I much prefer pleasure beach experience name to your experience guide. But respect time moves on.. I'm travelling to cedar point on Saturday with the Mrs I cannot wait...
I love the fact you have gone all the way to America and the first ride you go on is essentially big one at Blackpool. Love the vlog, looks like a great park. LOL’d at Mark telling the ride op it is his first time on the RMC while wearing an RMC T Shirt.
This park is number one on my bucket list of parks. I really enjoyed the vlog. It’s nice to have all the different voices included. Keep up your awesome work Scott. Really hope to come on a PBE tour soon
Was looking forward to the Kings Island vlog. Its a shame that its a repeat of what happened previously. I guess it's super important to structure the trips with rests in between so you don't get burnt out. 3rd time lucky hopefully.
Yeah gutted not to see a vlog, the Beast is running great the park has great vibe in the summer with the celebration. It is a shame we never got a vlog to see what others in PBE thought. The fact this park is a low priority in the planning or preconceived as not worth it is such a shame. Too many parks on this trip again Needs to look after himself and enjoy the trip more
@@ChloeClements34 This is a strange take, where did I say Kings Island was a low priority? I was eagerly anticipating my visit there more than getting back to CP on the lead up to the trip. Dehydration had sent in, a lack of a good meal was getting to me and a life long health issue flared up which is not easy to deal with at home never mind when in America.
@@yourexperienceguide Not trying to to attack you just disappointed we never got a KI vlog. It felt like unfinished business from last KI trip. I only want everyone to have a good time and for it to come across in the vlogs. I know you do not owe us watchers anything but some like myself enjoy the content. I know these big multi park trips seem great but it destroys you and then the vlogs. I enjoyed your trip and look forward to more vlogs so thanks for the content you did do.
@@ChloeClements34 Honestly nobody is more upset about it than me, especially knowing how great a day everyone else had whilst I sat dealing with sinusitis nose bleeds all day 😭
@@yourexperienceguide it's a great park but it was definitely a very taxing day for me. I was feverish, having caught covid like a lot of us did, but not knowing it yet. I missed a couple coasters whilst waiting over 2 hours in the burger place to digest and although I waited almost an hour during & after the fireworks in The Beast queue (we couldn't see them, only hear them) for the night ride, I realised it would absolutely finish me off, so I bailed out of the queue and missed the night ride. The walk back to the gate took ages and was agony, every step was like hot coals. The park is beautiful at night though. I was about 100 yards from our coach when it took off without me 😵 Our driver hadn't seen me I guess. I waited another half hour and got on the minibus. Next day I had to leave Cedar Point early because I was so shattered, and missed any night rides there, too. I then got practically no sleep that night 😅. The day after (day 2 on Point) I was literally looking for a bench to lie down on & sleep - at Cedar Point! I wanted to get the ferry out of there & near to our hotel, but luckily I met a group of 3 from our trip and their enthusiasm woke me up, and I had a great day 2 after that. I skipped day 3 entirely because I didn't sleep that night at all, so I missed the boat ride. In conclusion, the first park, Great America (well, my second after a jaunt to Mt Olympus with Mark, Chris & Adam) was the best for me, as I wasn't shattered yet, & not feeling the heat or lack of sleep yet. And no covid yet lol
Just now catching up with your US trip vlogs. Considering there’s no on board filming allowed, you’ve got some great shots of the coasters. We visit in August and cannot wait. Like you, we should have gone in 2020 so it’s long overdue. I love seeing how much the PBE gang are enjoying the trip.
@@yourexperienceguide it was amazing. Loved every second. Our daughter loved Magnum and rode that the most. I loved Millennium and Maverick the most. Hubby was a Maverick nut. I honestly found Steel Vengeance a bit much. Had to sit down after and take it all in 😂. CP has a great location but you walk miles and miles visiting that place. Would love to return some day. Thanks for asking 😀
I hate that you felt so bad at Kings Island, I was looking most forward to that Vlog and hearing your review of the re tracked Beast and Racer. Love the Vlogs as always!
Love Cedar. Probably still say Maverick is my favourite there. Might get out there after I've been to Florida September if before end of season. Ready hope we haven't seen the end of Dragster 😭
@@yourexperienceguide Hopefully they're just making adjustments. It'd be a travesty if it goes. The only thing I'd accept as a replacement is a newer version with a world record height and speed 😎
I never got the blue train on Gemini. I was alone on the front row of the red train and a third of the way up the lift hill some woman behind me whips out her phone and the lift crunches to a halt. The blue train laughs at us as they continue on their ride, leaving us to bake in the sun for five or so minutes. Up comes a ride op to confiscate the offending article and we wait another five minutes (the woman giggling to herself meanwhile) before literally inching up the lift hill at 1MPH. Click, clack, click, clack. What follows is an almost comically scenic ride as we very gently coast around the layout, plenty of time to admire the structure & trackwork. We finally pull into the station to a cacophony of loud jeers & a collective "BOOOOOOO" from everyone. Security corner the woman who strangely isn't giggling anymore, and escort her out. After that, I was like "K Thx Bai"
Corkscrew is getting rough around the edges i noticed which is unfortunate. Love Gatekeeper but i cant decide between it and Wild Eagle at Dollywood. I love the intensity on Raptors helix. I could have cared less for Rougarou. Maverick is way to snappy for me. Millennium Force is good but its more about the speed and the height.
Great vlogs Scott. I know you missed a couple and also you were not happy with all but honestly you're too hard on yourself. I don't know how you find time to vlog and lead a coaster trip anyway, with help of course.
Scott great vlog 👌🏻. I've watched and commented for a number of years now. Wished I was there with PBE, whether it was the US road trip or the European ones. I stay in East Scotland and would love or should I say be, "hounered", to take part and Contribute with the PBE family....
We've fallen behind on these due to our own UK tour and getting the #UKRCWC22 UK Rollercoaster World Cup rolling on Twitter. But we are going to devour the lot the next few days!

Getting ready for opening day, cant wait! I didnt go once last year.. I'll make up for it this year.

When you first walk in Scott, the cable cars remind me of how the BPB used to look all those years ago!
I never did those sadly, still haven't done them at CP either

So sorry to hear you were under the weather. TPWW did a great debrief back in the day, saying that rest days are a must.
This was nothing like the trip they did in 2019, dehydration and a lack of a decent meal for nearly a week were my biggest issues.
Karl gets so much banter in this vlog🤣 great vlog again!

Disappointed in No Kings Island, but these things happen on long trips. Appreciate all the great vlogs we HAVE gotten.
Unfortunate but it was for the best at the time sadly 😭
