    Omfg. I’ve never felt so seen. This is exactly me. Making lists, rushing to do things. Feeling so much fucking pressure; even to create and play. Like “I gotta hurry up and play…” or I have to do my morning routine so I’m grounded but really it causes me stress. Thank you for sharing, I feel super connected to this.

    • @NinaEliseh
      @NinaEliseh  11 месяцев назад +1

      lol yep! I experienced a major open root moment this morning and felt SO rushed... the sensation never really goes away, you just get better at taking pauses and being more intentional of your time :)

      Both of these comments make me feel extremely seen and represented. Thank you
      Regarding the morning routines… how do you cope with the pressure of needing to do a morning routine to feel grounded? My routine became so long that it’s stressed me that I didn’t have time to get it all done. Any suggestions?

    As someone with an open root, I have find there is very big difference in having this center open vs. undefined. Because for us with open root that are deconditioned, we can often have no pressure at all and that can be it's own challenge. I also completely feel the same way with having meetings in the middle of the day. I wish I had learned about the open root earlier in life. I never enjoyed being self employed b/c I was stressed out about time all the time.

    Omg, I cried multiple times during your video. Had a lot of built up emotions about this. My open root is my hardest open center. It really does rule my life. Almost every little bit of this resonated (especially the lists 😅), so million thanks! ❤ I'm gonna try the 3min meditation. When my hubby or daughter (both with defined roots) interupts me while I'm working on something, especially if it's creative work, I used to get extremely anxious and annoyed. Now since I've been aware of my open root, I usually take a deep breath and then deal with it.

      🤎 ah taking a deep breath for you!! the undefined root really can be so stressful! those small pauses really do help. And there are so many tools to deal with overwhelm like EFT tapping & shifting limiting beliefs around it. The awareness of it is so helpful.. you are doing an amazing job! And while the pressure of the open root still pops up for me personally, it's something I can laugh about & shift how I deal with the stress.

    Thank you so much for your rawness and vulnerability. This resonated with me so deeply. I still remember driving home from a crazy day of work & ‘Vienna’ by billy Joel came on the radio and I burst into tears hearing the lines slow down you crazy child, because I was just running at a million miles an hour, with a million to do lists and it felt like it was impossible to slow down. I ended up quitting my job to do my own thing the hopes that pressure I was feeling would dissipate, only to realise it was still there and it was up to me to regularly step back and choose to take a break, choose to slow down, choose to check in with my energy. It’s been a journey, still is, but grateful for the awareness.

      @NinaEliseh  7 месяцев назад

      🥹🥹 incredible awareness!! Yep, you are the only one in control of your mental/emotional state, which creates physical response in the body. It’s empowering to know that and give yourself those pauses 🤍

    As someone who also has emotional authority with an open root I’ve noticed by following my emotional flow it has helped me so much to stop putting pressure on myself. I’ve also realized that my open root creates pressure and it’s me not my family or my students so I get to create boundaries and say no and stop putting pressure on myself to be all things to all people. This was very helpful as well thank you ❤
    So now, if I’m having a down day emotionally I do the absolute bare minimum and if I need to cry for three hours I will. 😂

      Omg love this so much! It really is conditioning that we put pressure on ourselves. This center has been one of the most challenging for me to decondition, especially when it teams up with my open heart 😂. Love that, yes, cry and step away. We get to decide how we handle stress, it’s our wisdom we are meant to learn in this lifetime 🙏🏼

      It never really goes away! But you can shift how you perceive and react to it! I do lots of meditations and breathwork, and even some simple somatic work like shaking my body helps shift and move that pressure. it gets better over time 🧡
      I just posted a guided breathwork meditation that i do when my open root gets the best of me! Give it a try and let me know how it goes for you ☺️

    Oh man this video is blowing my mind. I took a random trip to chicago once by myself 10 years ago, it was last min and allowed myself to see how i felt and explored freely. I had a menu of things things to do but said ill see how i feel in the moment. ThAT is why it is to this day thr most happy time ever. I was alone, NO pressure no expectations. Just feeling my way thru the 2 days and i felt so free and lifted. I actually cried twice from happiness. So it must have actually been my soul healing and processing emotions of what ive been feeling all my life. Pressure and expectations from others.

      Omg that’s so beautiful 🥹🥹 is that something you can give yourself, once a week? Or even a month? One day to just float and do whatever?
      That’s actually something i prioritize min 4x a month, and it’s like a reset button for me.
      What are you variables? (Arrows at the top of your chart)

      Thank you for this excellent video and process sharing. I couldn’t find out how to make a comment so I’m using the reply function to say I’ve been working with human design since 1998. - I haven’t open route center and I’ve been dealing with all this pressure all these years and didn’t understand it. I recognize it till ass all this video so thank you because the first step for all of us isn’t recognizing what’s happening and then once we see it, we can deal with it in the way that makes the most sense for each of us. By sharing your process and observations, it helps us to thank you so much

    Undefined root here with 5 dormant gates (58 2x,38 2x, 54, 60, 41) and it has been very annoying 😅 constant feeling that Im missing something and even being fearful that I could be punished for not following the pressure. Always feeling an urge to initiate. /projector here/

    • @NinaEliseh

      oh wow! Lots of gates in your root. I think an open center with gates means lessons to be learned in this lifetime... no gates = you've got the wisdom in previous lifetimes and have nothing to clear this time around. I hope you've been able to navigate the pressures as a projector, and found your success 😺

    I have gate 38 and 58 defined too! I've definitely experienced the shadow of the 58 often. I'm learning to cultivate joy within my daily experience in different ways. Or even to just be ok with the seemingly mundane energy I experience some days. I've struggled with being in constant pursuit of certain places (tropical, lush, forested areas) so that I can get access to a certain level of joy. I'm not currently experiencing. Always craving to be somewhere else.

    • @NinaEliseh
      @NinaEliseh  Год назад +2

      Being present is so powerful. Your joy will always present itself, and the more you follow it, the more consistent you will experience it! It just takes time to settle into this new way of being, so enjoy the journey 😊

    My only open center is my root. Please forgive this suggestion. Whenever you are not in peace say this three times out loud (it can be as soft as you want, but it doesn't work if you say it in your head), "I command my spirit to take the thoughts in my head and move them into my heart, now." Then say out loud, "5, 4, 3, 2, 1, now." Then take three deep breaths and you will be in peace. Repeat as needed. Enjoy!

      It’s always there!! Haha it’s possible to just let it be. Prioritizing rest signals to the body that it’s safe, which in turn regulates the nervous system. And removed pressure from the root. It’s an awareness to play around with and consciously choose. You’ve got this 🤍
