I would love a video of a gym tour just showing the machines but not an actual workout video if that makes sense. I struggle major with social anxiety and it gets out of control at the gym. I think just an overview of the gym atmosphere and tips on how you became comfortable (aside from going with a plan) would be so motivating and helpful! Thanks for all you do 😍😍
TOTALLY! I love discussing gymtimidation, its a real thing. I have experienced it too. I have lots of tips for that, will definitely make a video on this soon thank you!
Uhg I know this feeling!! But I think the best thing to do is walk on the treadmill (because we all know generally how to use the treadmill) and observe your surroundings while you do that, watching others and how they use them and after a couple weeks of doing this you will start to get the courage to try a machine or two and from there you can build
I love you so much!! I started binge watching your channel last week and you've already motivated me so much. It is so nice to have someone in the industry who hasn't been slim their entire life, it makes you very relatable in an industry that can be soooo intimidating. Please do not feel nervous about your upcoming fitness journey video! I already know it will help and motivate so many people. Your story is breath taking and beautiful and should be celebrated. I know I can learn a lot from you and I'm excited to keep following along!!
Allison this comment put a huge smile on my face, thank you! And yes I've been there :) I feel a lot better about sharing my story, it needs to be done!! Thank you xoxo
I was trying to lose weight by doing an hour of cardio + heavily restricting for three months. I didn't lose any weight, and I felt horrible all the time. I ended up quitting, and here I am, a year later, trying to figure out how and where to start again.
New Zealand perhaps? I dunno where she was raised. Although if you say it like that then it's most likely New Zealand accent lmfao. As an American hearing New Zealanders on a daily basis xD
You are amazing, and you are my inspiration. Your journey is a proof that we can overcome life challenges and achieve what you want . As I am embarking my fitness journal, I will keep your success story in my mind. I believe that I can achieve my goals like you did
Love your videos! You keep me so positive! I love how you listen to your followers and take advice and actually try to do/show what we are asking to see. I’d like to hear about your favourite workout clothes/brands or even just clothing brands in general (preferably affordable ones) you are always so stylish! ❤️😊💪🏻
This makes me so happy!! I absolutely take your guys input into account, and you always have the best suggestions. I'll definitely do a workout closet tour
You are a doll! This video was super motivational! Thanks for being real and honest and I enjoyed your back story on your previous video. I am excited to be motivated and get myself back on track to losing weight and getting healthy. 😁❤️💋
Great tips! and just wanted to say that you seem like a very nice person and I feel like I can relate to you, so thanks for doing what you do and keep up the good work!
Love you and your videos! Do you reckon you'll do a 3rd guide with the split you mentioned here? I just started your 2nd guide so I've got a fair way to go before thinking about that haha, but was just wondering :)
The split I mentioned here is what I happened to do the week I filmed it! It switches up depending on what on my body is sore haha but my split is almost identical to the split in guide 2 !
I personally recommend downloading an app such as my fitness pal! You can input various foods and find out the macronutrients, calories etc. And yes there's a ton of free information online as well :)
Mari Fitness I have this app but I think it has carbs more than what I need is there a percent of carbs a day I should stick to if I want to lose weight?
2 pounds (0,9 KG) weight loss a week is not a lot? :( well I'm not going to share my weekly goal then (which I thought was descent prior to watching this video).
@@peaches8864 If that was the case, it's not at all how it comes across with statements like: "2 pounds a week, which is really not that much" "setting these small goals is much more realistic" This video, half way through turned out to be demotivating. This was posted when I just started my weight loss, and I'm still doing good even with my tiny tiny weight loss goal, which I actually think is pretty hard already, as it's nice to not go around being hungry all the time, every day. IMHO as long as you see the weight graph going downwards when you have been logging for a few weeks, if you go down 2, 1, 0,5 or even less a week it's still a job well done as long as you are going down in the long run.

Same! I won’t even try a machine that I never tried before because I get so much anxiety about not knowing how to use it

Girl I can’t pick up on your accent but I love it. Sometimes you sound English, sometimes Australian & sometimes American 😂😂
Hannah-Rose Martin she’s welsh! 🏴
gymfan06 that’s not a welsh accent?!
New Zealand perhaps? I dunno where she was raised. Although if you say it like that then it's most likely New Zealand accent lmfao. As an American hearing New Zealanders on a daily basis xD
Fack Off not a NZ accent
She grew up in the UK and moved to the states when she was 10! Her dad is in the UN so she's lived all over the place
I am starting my fitness journey and been binge watching youtube videos for inspo!! Thank you so much!!!

tip #8 is a must and i struggle with it, i feel like im hungry all the time and its probably because i eat maybe 4 times a day!
Awesome tips! Thank you ❤️
Lost 2 pounds,celebrate your self with a cheat meal.....+4 pounds 😂😭😭
Haha I know this feeling, thats why I had to make a video about restrictive eating

I love water!!!
Mari what do you do after binge eating?
Mary Mills dont stop your journey, just continue on. You will never make it if you stop
How do you learn about food? Books...?
I personally recommend downloading an app such as my fitness pal! You can input various foods and find out the macronutrients, calories etc. And yes there's a ton of free information online as well :)

What do you want to know about food? :) Maybe I can make a video to help you out
I wanted to ask you where you got your bike shorts!!!
Lululemon! But I also like the Saski bike shorts :)

espenfr I think she just means with respect to other peoples goals, a lot of people often strive for 2kg a week. In comparison 1 kg isnt much!

espenfr depends how heavy you are though? Someone my weight, 2 pounds is mental as my bmi is like 19 but to someone who’s 200 lbs , 2lbs isn’t a lot
Ohhhh 2lbs a week... not 2lbs of weed lol
