Question. It appears to be the 2" shelix with a rub collar which adds another 1/2" plus spacer. So did you buy the 1" x 4" spindle from Grizzly to get this to fit?
I've had nothing but issues from one of their products. My wife and I drove over 5 hours, and spent over $1200 at the Grizzly showroom in Missouri. Honestly the showroom is amazing. The product I got...not so much. I've had over 10 separate issues including defective, and back ordered parts sent to me. Grizzly did offer me $100 to keep the pos 😂😂😂. I like high quality tools, and won't hesitate to spend the money on them. SCM, felder, festool, saw stop etc. I like decent hand tools such as snap on, Milwaukee, dewalt, and I even think husky is decent due to being able to swap tools easily when they break one the job. We even have some harbor freight tools that I think are very very good. My experience with grizzly has been that of a dollar store drill press. Not to mention they will not post my review on their actual website.
No, just like a router... you have to buy all that stuff separately. We bought the SHELIX cutter for ours here... shelixheads.com/ I'm sure there are others but I haven't used them
The shaper we bought is 220 and single phase. I'm pretty sure they sell a 3 phase version if you have that power supply available and I know they have a smaller 110 unit as well. Lots of good stuff in the Grizzly catalogue
I have four Grizzly shapers... Professional Cabinet and outsource shop. Keep the tooling sharp, clean and the machine maintained... works great.
We love ours, it's been a really great tool
Where would I buy the custom 3" shaper bit that you have on this video? Thanks
Thanks...Would have liked some concrete demo as well...
We have done a bunch of videos with the shaper in action
I'm holding my lighter for an encore I think we need some videos of you in action.
What is the height of the cutting blade and where can I buy it?
Neat tool...I might add one to my shop.
I was using mine yesterday... it's pretty sporty
Thanks for watching Chris

I can't really remember but that is a 2" cutter.
I must have had to do exactly what you are describing
Wow this is so incredibly efficient
Lord knows I love the old school tools

Well sour grapes...
I just don't have a dog in this hunt and don't have any interest in participating
I'd like to see it in action.
You got it Tyler, thanks for watching.
