Sir for dia 100 mm it will be in bath for 30 mins & if the dia is 150 mm it will be bath for 45 to 60 mins...? as per ASTM standard or simply follow the one... pls suggest me it may be very helpful to me...
We are testing for deformation , not for compression .If we keep vertical it will be compression test and really if you want to test for compression use CTM machine .
For fully submerged object , as per Archimedes' law: Apparent immersed weight= weight of object - weight of displaced fluid(Weight of mould in water) So suppose weight mold in air (SSD Condition) is 1197 gm & weight in water 707 gram Apparent Immersed weight will be = 1197 - 707 = 490 gram Now volume of immersed object = Apparent immersed weight/ density of fluid =( 490 gram)/( 1 gram /cc) = 490 cc
Hi sir... I am from Bhutan and I watched every video of sir uploaded but couldn't find proving ring factor of 5.876. can u help me out sir. Or it's standard value
Sir, No. of division * correction factor * calibration factor = Marshall Stability. In which unit does it give the marshall stability value ? Is it Kg or KN ? And in which unit of Marshall stability should we plot the bitumen vs stability graph ?
Kon h bhai jo dislike b krta he inka vid bahut informative hota h
True
mein, mulle
Very useful lesson sir ,thanks you very much.
You are welcome
Sir cleveland flash and fire point ka test video bana dijiye na please 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Sir where did you take the bitumen content%
Sir thickness kitni honi chahiye kuch video me 63.5+- 3 mm bola hai
As per MS 2 7th edition height of compacted specimen should be 63.5 ± 1.27 mm
Gdmrng sir, when u take weight in water then should i put sample in water or in hanging condition in water?
How to calculate maximum specific gravity
Sir, sab siz ka water me weight, Air me weight se kam rehta hein kya ?
GOD bless you, its very useful, I appreciate your struggle to help others, carry on sir
So nice of you
Sir how to calculate eff. Spe. Gravity and bulk spe.gravity of total agg.
Any video of Tensile strength of bitumen core
Sir make one video of bitumen specific gravity in details I shall be very thankful to you
We will try
Sir tell me why we put mould in water bath at 60 degree celcious.
For the testing of stability assumed worst atmospheric temperature 60 °C and this is codal provision , no if and but.
Sir plzz tell me concept behind ,
Bulk volume = ssd wt in air - wt in water.
Sir plzz reply me i m very confused
Sir why weight of mould in water is less (700gms)
Archimedes principal
Hi Sir, Can I know how to take co-effecient factor of proving ring...
Already posted the video.
Thanks for clear concept.
You are welcome
Shukran God bless u sir...sir how can we get the %compaction?
Compare bulk densities with Gmm
Sir for dia 100 mm it will be in bath for 30 mins & if the dia is 150 mm it will be bath for 45 to 60 mins...? as per ASTM standard or simply follow the one... pls suggest me it may be very helpful to me...
Dia does not matter
@@HIGHWAYGUIDE sir 1 request please tell reverse calculation of marshal stability test ...please sir
Sir why we place mould horizontally during loading.
We are testing for deformation , not for compression .If we keep vertical it will be compression test and really if you want to test for compression use CTM machine .
HIGHWAY GUIDE thank u very much sir ji
Jo Reding hi hai us ko kis ka sat taqsame kie hai
Sir, yea bulk volume kese nikala aapne wo thoda bata dijiye, plz
Please see my latest Bituminous design series
@@HIGHWAYGUIDE send link plz sir
How can I done Emulsions treated aggregate test
Sorry
sir ji Marshall test ka sample aur kitna quantity lete he ek video ke through explain kar dijiye
OK

Already posted a video how to find out calibration factor
sir cofficient factor of proving ring kaise pata karte hai
But correction factor of proving ring apne kaise liya?
Please see my video correction factor of proving ring.
Sir, how did you get the maximum specific gravity value ??
From the test , seperately done
Sir, No. of division * correction factor * calibration factor = Marshall Stability. In which unit does it give the marshall stability value ? Is it Kg or KN ? And in which unit of Marshall stability should we plot the bitumen vs stability graph ?
Sir please make bedio of viscosity ratio test
OK will post shortly
