I wonder if it is recommended to add some grease in the plastic clip before inserting it into the rail? I did noticed that the rail has no grease at all so I don't know if it is the way it should be or if that's just to make it worn out quicker?
It would have been great if the guy spoke as he worked, explaining step by step. Plus we need steps taken to remove the whole assembly and replacing it inside the door!!

It only comes in plastic so the car stealership can charge 500$ for an easy job. And it keeps breaking, job security!!😤🤑
some manufacturers are now making metal ones for about 25 bucks each..
