You’re so welcome Angel 🤎 I went live with short streams when I first started and just marked them private. That took the pressure off of having to leave them up forever and that helped me build my confidence too 🤎
This is the video I needed. I have a steep learning curve ahead of me for editing. So many awesome and actionable tips. Just the simple idea of sticking to a schedule is so basic but foundational. I already use Streamyard and Canva. I love this behind the scenes to give me the ability to make a live looked so professional and be able to integrate videos and partner promos. I am not shy -- but am stuck creating a workflow that can flow into my other life commitments. Super inspired by this. Thank you!!!
Philippa I have another video on my channel specifically about how to “edit” content recorded in StreamYard. I think you will this video as well if you need workflow help. ruclips.net/video/4KVL2lFcRnw/видео.htmlsi=qJHv3B15t8r60WVV
I laughed about sweating the details no one else notices. That’s me too 🤣 Your livestreams always look so polished, I really like the tip for prepping your animated logo and videos for start and end. I have to rewatch to understand all the ways you use the timers. So slick all around and that blue is your color! Looking good.
😂😂😂 you get me 🤓 I use the 5 minute timers for group coaching calls and workshops. I start the stream 3 minutes before the scheduled time and play that as folks come in the room. On livestreams if I don’t have an ad to run at the beginning I will use the 60 sec timer to give folks a chance to hop in the room instead of waiting for them on camera.
It was really helpful to see your dashboard, so thank you for sharing. I haven't jumped into to live streaming yet, but I do use Streamyard for recording one of my podcasts. This will help me with planning out my live streams when I do begin.
Oh that’s awesome! I’ve really enjoyed the process of branding my content with StreamYard so I hope those tips give you ideas for your podcast as well :)
Loved the tips! I am going live tomorrow with Streamyard and I am headed over to Canva right now to add a few things. Thanks for sharing all your tips. Love them.
I totally get that because I was STRESSED by the buttons in the beginning as well. All the camera angles have keyboard shortcuts so you could start there but a lot of folks find physical buttons are easier for them. The biggest thing for me was just putting in the reps. Since I use the software at least once a week it’s on auto pilot for me now.

Amazing video saving to replay list ✨☝🏾
Thanks🥰
A very helpful video! I did a couple test lives and it’s a learning curve as I get used to the platform. Thank you for sharing this!

@@LaShondaMBrown I now have 2 timers and need a logo animation.
Thanks for sharing
Thanks for watching!
I struggle with camera confidence when I am trying to manage all the streamyard buttons. What are your thoughts on using a stream deck?

Not me taking notes! 😅What camera are you using here?
My livestream camera is one of my husband’s older Panasonic Lumix cameras. I think it’s a GH6 if I’m not mistaken
Please lose the background music
Quick question, would have liked this more with no music or just limited music at the beginning and the end?
