If the file is no larger than the mailbox tolerates I have sent emails to myself with the file as an attachment. Then on my phone I go to the sent messages folder and find the mail there. I tap on the attachment icon and download the file to my phone.
Assuming, of course, that the phone is synchronized to the email account.

So, just another cloud storage platform with what, if any, for security or end to end encryption? And the signing up... to collect personal info to use as a revenue stream?
Small Annotation from my side, if you want to use a Service like this, then put your File into a Encrypted Archive, upload it and then Download and decrypt it on the Machine you want to use it at. A service like this does not do it for Charity, neither is Google or others.
I'd recommend the owner of this Channel to do a video about Privacy or how to send encrypted files, before advising people to upload possibly sensetive Informations to a service on the internet...
