25 rows total there is a recap screen outlining the details but it's 1 plain row to start, 23 of the pattern as shown, and 1 row of plain to end. Hope this helps

Q: Newbie here, first project using the Addi King - why is tube doubled? Is it because it’s Aran weight? If you were using chunky, would you still make such a king tube and double it or use shorter tube and only one thickness? Just wondering as most “videos” I’ve watched so far use chunky yarn. Just about to make my collar so almost finished-tube is sewn up. Thanks for the clear video.
Hi carla thanks for the question. I chose to do a double thickness tube as insulation for the hot water bottle really. Aran / worsted yarn is my go to for my Addi, chunky can be a bit thick depending on brand. Thanks for tuning in and making it. All the best Caz

Lovley pattern nice clear instructions thank you
Glad you liked it thank you
For some reason I assumed you'd turn the tube in on itself so you had a green liner and stripey outer, but I think I like this way better!
lovely! I don't have a smaller knitting machine, so I guess I have two options: crochet or knit the top part! Thanks!!!!
You could do a flat panel too. Have fun with it all the best Caz

Where you're struggling with the crochet hook to close the end, I use a latch hook. Much less struggle.
