    That’s one powerful mower, cuts through the tall grass easily.

    You and Tim, the Lawnmower Guy, are by far the best at what you do. Your methodical approach (work and meticulously complete each sector before moving on to the next) is awesome. Bagging the clippings separate you and Tim from all the others. Txs for sharing your incredible skills.

    I had a comment on your last video and you very kindly answered my query. I think you are a total professional and do an excellent job. I did go back and watch the first half of that lawn work and read your comments and understand why you were doing it. I have learned some lessons from watching. Thank you for your service to your community.

    Great video! Great job, too! It’s a shame about the rain, it could have held off till you were finished. But, we get a Part 2, yay! ❤️

    I watch quite a few of these types of channels and haven't seen anyone else use an edger the way you do. Seems to possibly cut down on a lot of back pain, Very smart and Great job.

    Nicely done. I must say that I really appreciate the fact that you bag the clippings, that is huge, make a massive difference to the finished product...actually looks finished. Keep up the great work, looking forward to part 2 and many many more videos.

    I just found you I love your videos! I have a question. Are your lawns jobs paid or do you do them at no charge?

    • @gibbleemowing
      @gibbleemowing  Год назад

      Some of our first videos are from paid clients, but most are from clients we offer a free mow.
      We show them the invoice for the work we have done and ask them to only make a donation towards us if they can afford to do so, otherwise it's free for them.
      We are hoping to build this channel to a level that pays us to offer a regular free service at least one day a week to a family that can't afford to keep up themselves.
      We are a long way from that so the free mows we currently do come from our own pockets at the moment.

    • @Marinemomx2
      @Marinemomx2 Год назад

      That’s wonderful. I hope that you can get to a level that we can donate to get you to that level because you do such awesome work.

    • @gibbleemowing
      @gibbleemowing  Год назад

      Thats such a wonderful thing to say thank you, we are hoping once we get close that we can offer merchandise, as opposed to donations.

  • @DBLG65

    I think you're the only landscaper that I watch that edges walking backward. Good job, though.

    • @gibbleemowing
      @gibbleemowing  Год назад +1

      Haha yeah my other lawnmowing friends have commented on that saying it is unusual but clearly effective

    • @aussiedonna50
      @aussiedonna50 Год назад +2

      Most of the Aussie lawn channels do their edging while walking backwards. Sean from Blade Mate Lawn Care says he walks backwards while edging because it gives a better angle on the trimmer.

    • @gibbleemowing
      @gibbleemowing  Год назад

      So true Donna, it also gives you more control over the angle as they have a handle when turned that way.

    I know you are head down, bum up when you’re working and getting the job done is what you’re thinking about BUT you need to keep moving your camera.
    Mostly we are looking at you in the distance and it doesn’t make for interesting viewing.
    I am offering this as positive feedback because if no one says anything you don’t know.
    Kind regards
    Donna

    • @gibbleemowing
      @gibbleemowing  Год назад +2

      Thanks, Donna we are always trying new perspectives and editing techniques to improve our content so the feedback is helpful. looking at our first video to our later ones we have made significant improvements but there is always more that can be done. We are discovering what is worth a close-up and what is better viewed at a distance. we ill continue to improve and value opinions that help us towards that.

    • @aussiedonna50
      @aussiedonna50 Год назад +1

      Thank you for taking my suggestion the way it was intended Brian, I didn’t want you to feel I was criticising you or having a go at you.
      I have been one of your subscribers for quite a while and I appreciate how much work you put into your editing of the raw footage. I can definitely see how much your vids have changed since the beginning of your channel and I really enjoy watching the work you do.
      Kind regards
      Donna

      I am afraid I don't like them, the blades wear out too fast and they make a mess of the concrete especially painted concrete.
