So as I mentioned in my last video, I spent over 10k on my kites and bars so I just can't afford to replace them. I did replace the lines with the Line Smith lines, and the pigtails with North pigtails... but frustratingly the issues have not stopped, as one of my other Dlabs (the 12m) had its stitching on the deflate valve blow off on the first day on my holiday just after I launched it, so I lost 4 days of kiting because it took 10 days to get it fixed over here... I have been told by a lot of DT users this is not uncommon with the Dlabs too sadly.
@@jasonofmontreal thanks for the detailed answer, why not sell it and buy either new orbits or used one in good shape? (2023) i understand the financial loss but ur safety is much higher priority! Also I bet selling ur 3 dlabs Is pretty much 2 orbits at least :)
Problem is, who's gonna buy them with the bad rap they have been getting? I'd also feel very guilty palming off my Dlabs to some unsuspecting buyer. I'm getting the feeling we are going to be stuck with these until they are ready to be replaced.@@Ohadraviv_
