Nvidia has been a God send for me. I’ve been through two splits, one years ago was 4:1, and just a few days ago 10:1. $67k invested, now have 3,500 shares and as of today’s value $437k. I’ll just keep watching as I’ve done for years. Great video
Have you been adding to your position since the 4:1 split? I purchased some shares over 2 years ago and I’m thinking of not adding to my position. Just curious what your strategy was between the 4:1 split and now?
I spent invested 54k sterling in February this year. Also first time investing the US market directly. The best performer I have invested in hands down! If a buying opportunity presents its self, around, 90-100 I will double down.
NVIDIA is not like any other investment. Sell now and you’ll lose money. However, when you sell is a personal decision no one can make for you. You take profits when you need them.
This is the correct response. I invested in 2016, up 2,000% and now hold over 4,000 shares. I've sold some along the way, have recovered my initial investment. However, the position represents over 70% of my account, too much? Rebalance? I did take $100,000 out to rebalance a bit but will keep the remainder, an outsized position, for the coming years of returns from the company.
It is a great stock and I own it, but when Nvidia is not like any orher investment, be careful. It is a semi-conductor stock, which means it is cyclical. Growth is obviously, there, but one quarter where they miss or slow down growth expectations, and the stock will take a hit. Ride the wave until until then. There other companies to invest in that have value.
Again and again... Great analysis Parkev! Thank you so much. I´m happy to find you on RUclips and I'm watching all of your videos. Greetings from Hungary! 🙂
Nvidia is a clear let it rip & split. Let them compound your gains for you and lower your ACB the next time it runs up high enough for a split, this won’t be the last.
