Not the engine from the Golf sir. Completely different motor. This is a Gen3 B with vvt on the intake rather than on exhaust. Fuel pump system and the turbo also Completely different. Otherwise a very great car. I own one too ❤
Tip: if you want to hear the dsg farts and posp from the exhaust better while driving, fold the backseats down so there is a lot less material in the way that deafens the sound. When I go for a fun drive I always quickly put down the rear seats for better sound
@@pyrocrewZuidenactually the language Afrikaans(one of 11 languages of South Africa) is similar to Dutch because, your ancestors are the ones who colonised South Africa and then over the years derived Afrikaans from Dutch hence the similarities. Lekker also means tasty in Afrikaans 😂 enough history lesson This GTI is Amazing 🤩 🔥
Perfect 💯👌🏽 I’ve got the 2015 polo 6c gti dsg, no problems since I bought it in 2018 and I’m really thinking of trading it in for this one 2019/2020 aw 😃
Oh snap bro that's awesome!! 😁💯Super glad you haven't had any issues! I think it also makes a huge difference when the owners looks after it! 😌😁👌🏽 It would be absolutely awesome bro!! I rate you go for it!
6C was one of the best Gti’s ever made Imo. It s way more a true Gti than AW is. I own a 2019 Gti since 4 month, I like it a lot but it really lacks some true Gti character.
Depends on which month of 2019. In the 2019 model year they had to start implementing OPF filters which completely removes all the pops and dsg farts. So happy I have the pre-OPF model
Mine is produced in November 2018 (2019 in documents) and is one of the first with OPF/GPF filter, sounds quite bad honestly, nothing to do with GTI character. So yeah.. I would say 2017 and before 09.2018 you get a non OPF model which is better.

Ahhh that's lekker! Thanks man I'll definitely be doing that from now on 😁👌🏽
@@VirtuallyVids enjoy the drives! Btw are you half Dutch or something? Cause lekker is a dutch word haha, idk if it is also a word in Australia (?)
i do have ancestors that are dutch...but very long ago :D Its also just a slang word we use in south africa for something that is "good"
@@VirtuallyVids ahh yeah (south)African has a lot of words similar to Dutch. For us lekker also means good/tasty

@@pyrocrewZuiden correct also software was changed, VW offered to change my car's software during my service for fuel efficiency but i declined
