11-26-2019; This recipe was FABULOUS. I did alter it a bit by adding 3 tsps. of baking powder, 1 tsp of pure vanilla extract and 1 tsp of lemon extract. I didn’t have lemon instant pudding, so I added what I had, which was vanilla instant pudding, and lastly, one 5.3 oz. of Chobani Greek Lemon Yogurt. This cake, which I made this morning, came out so delicious and moist I couldn’t get enough! TFS.

And even if it’s not perfect, you don’t know unless ya try and there’s always a lesson, even in our failures. Cooking and baking are not to be feared or even over thought to a degree. Why is my cake keep sinking I use presto presto cake flour do I use salted butter or unsalted should I use more baking powder
