@@DrinkingHatorade last year was an intentional powering down of the game and I did an entire video on it. Sets didn't feel great because of it, but it did set them up to have sets like HVY and MST be homeruns
I like getting a brief glimpse of the dev life and a follow up on the US Nationals. Even for new players to the game it was fun to watch

Not upset but how did we go from Betsy/Olympia to Zen and Enigma genuinely curious. Thank you keep up the great work.
Enigma isn't even that good she super easy to play around. Zen is the biggest problem. He's impossible to block well and having a tutor that tutors tutors is insaine.
not the fairest comparison, we really went from kayo and victor to Zen and Enigma if we're talking about breakout heroes from a set. Ya print 6 heroes in a set it's hard to make em all bangers

Any consideration on errating vynnset to make her ability a may ability? It wouldn't completely overhaul the power level of the hero like printing a bunch of super strong cards might, but it would make her playable
They’ve brought this up before in interviews. They love that her ability is not optional because it helps make her feel like a shadow runeblade, giving a piece of herself for power.
Keep in mind, Vynnset was intentionally weaker on release than they want. Shadow Runeblade is an incredibly dangerous card pool to mess with, so they decided to play carefully and intend to give her the support they feel she needs/deserves

Better question why do aggro heros have the ability to go double the chain links wide as cards in your hand

- a common question asked before Azalea became one of the best decks in the game for months on months now.
Not every hero can be the best at the same time. Viscerai used to be the best deck, and now he clearly isn't. The meta changes and new support comes out over time.
@@Paradoxed25 I appreciate your comment and understand there has to be some heroes at the bottom of the meta. Yes, it took time for Azalea to get support, and Viserai mains have been out of the meta for a while; with Arakni it feels different as they have moved the entire class away from contracts to the stealth keyword. It's almost like Arakni is a class unto themselves.
Can we have a meta impact rating for each set. So we know to go all in on a new set or not 😅

You'll have to use your brain and figure it out for yourself.
It would be so dumb for a company to do that, either they say what the think "This set is a powerdown, or not my fav" and nobody buys it, or they hype it, and nobody trust them anyway because that's their frickin game. Also if I was working hard on a set, I would love him like a child, even if it feels underpowered

Stop whining and use the cards available to adapt. Regardless of what deck you play, that sort of loser attitude isn't ever going to help you, FaB related or otherwise.
@@Paradoxed25Zen is busted tho. You can't adapt when you get hit for 35 turn 2. Bonds/Chi in Zen is busted.
@@Paradoxed25 So normally I would agree, but all the counter play are either blocked cause they cant pop off or just snuffed by armor and never mattered. Then they nuke you and you back to the backfoot with many break points.
