FBO Hellcats are fast but those FBO ZR1’s are on another level. Around 860-950 wheel, 4-5 second 60-130. 8.5-9.5 1/4 mile. Both are very impressive cars for what they are. 🔥🔥🔥

Seems like the ZR1 takes off at lower speeds but the Hellcat has more top end. Most likely has around 800-820 horsepower. Also, that large wing on the Vette is creating a LOT of drag at those high speeds, it's basically a parachute. Good runs though, both awesome cars.

But you hardly see a Corvette anywhere. They are like a diamond in the rough. Whenever you see one, especially a ZR1 or a Z06, all you can say is... "Dammm, nice car".

The zr1 is built for a road course that wing slows it down tremendously, the faster you go the more down force it applies slowing you down ,take the wing off and get even more straight line acceleration. Hell fats are cool af tho, the low end torque in those fatties are definitely panty snatchers tho

It reels it in because it was literally the faster car, it has more whp by a lot the only reason it lost was due to the fact it was prob on a stock tire which made it spin all the way to 110 mph lmao

The Vette is stock and has a huge wing that produce almost to 1000lb of DF at 120mph. The vette is an all around better car but that’s if you’re talking speed and track use but as a daily the charger wins since it has 707hp and seats 5 people comfortably.

Those ZR1s were built for tracks not drag racing. Not complaining, but I know that big ass wing and front splitter create drag. I love both cars

Except the hellcat reeled him in literally every single pull that didnt stop short for traffic. The longer the race goes on, the more the ZR1 loses, likely due to that massive wing creating ridiculous amounts of drag.

yea maybe in a mile race. Keep in mind a very mild modified ZR1 homie. Hellcat has no chances regardless on length of race if every mod is match for match. Weight to power = physics
@@jmata4506 mod to mod and stock for stock, the Zr1 will win every time. It just has more power and less weight. A more even race if ur going that route would be the redeye.

@@tyuspoletti I mean the charger was weighing about 4900lbs anyways at that point and it yanked it that hard with traction.
To the dodge hellcat, if you shaved 500lbs off your ride, for sure you would have won, on the next run, ask the passenger to sit this out...that should do it. :)
