Production was really bad. Also couldn’t find a schedule to know when the matches I really wanted to see on. Would step away after watching 6 matches I didn’t overly care to see and miss good matchups

Not going to watch any live wrestling if I have to watch Greco. Have to skip over that. Separate the streaming sessions so the are on 3 streams. Greco, women's freestyle and men's freestyle all having there own session.

i'm with you. you need to respect the wrestlers. Sportsmanship is missing in the world. It's everywhere. Egocentrism has been adopted as a virtue - even at State College. Remember when celebration after collegiate touchdown was a penalty??
I watched the Valencia vs. Brooks match where the supposed singlet grab occurred about five times at quarter speed. I was unable to see anything. It isn't good for the sport. The uncertainty.
Yeh why is there a grounded rule anyway? Seems crazy. I heard Jordan say before you need to know how to play the game basically and pull up the socks. I haven't seen much wrestling but I find it crazy he could stall pulling his socks up that much against Messi brink (?) and also how some other athletes would do thing like sit still catching their breath and not be called for stalling. Seems ridiculous to me. Unless it is better than letting crooked refs perhaps get all the more reason to influence matches for certain countries.
There’s lots of reasons to dislike an athlete and their style and way they approach sports. I dislike how JB uses legal stalling tactics and when JB chopped the shit out of the back of Mm’s head, those boo’s were well earned. Just like how MM pushes the limit of the whistle, I’m sure some dislike him for that. It doesn’t make us un patriotic, it’s what makes the sport fun to watch!

Basch could only fathom someone being upset about the Zahid AB singlet pull, If they wanted Zahid to win. Lmao who would be happy about an accidental, questionable technicality with 5 seconds left, deciding a match with that much on the line?! Roles reversed and AB loses that way, Basch would be saying singlet pull was dumbest thing ever. I like Basch but his PSU/Client homerism recently have made his takes/opinions worth a lotttt less. He should play a mediator role and let Willie do picking, since he can’t be honest/subjective about literally 50% of matchups/opinions. That’s no shade to Basch, it’s just hard to cover a sport and it’s matchups, tournaments, performances, when you’re unwilling to give your honest/subjective opinion on 50% of the athletes because they’re your clients. And obvi the listeners know you’re just picking/defending your clients in every scenario they’re brought up, killing any validity of the opinion l and is uninteresting tbrh. Willie backs hurting 😂 Kudos to him though to have 50% of the roster as clients!
It's why I didn't do previews/picks shows for a long time, and people finally kept asking for the, so I started doing them! I totally understand how it can be annoying for fans listening. Appreciate the kudos, and respect the opinion.

I think it was the alcohol. The dudes in my row and the one in front of me had a beer or two in their hands the whole second session.
Kenny Monday and his family were sitting right behind me and they had JB’s son with them for his match against Mesenbrink. I don’t think the people knew his son was right there when they were yelling what they were yelling. Kenny would given them a look and would just shake his head, but showed a lot of class by not saying anything.
Wait til Nationals next year in Philly.. close to Penn State. Homers will be out and strong again

That whole team trial was sh!t on Burroughs one of out countries greatest American representatives. Fugg Penn state. 👎👎 and they cheated Zahid Valencia.

Willy, thats BS that PSU was selling out in the 1990's consistently! Maybe once every few years when Iowa came to town. PSU is definitely new to success in wrestling as a team! AND it shows at times. However, they have earned it the last 12 years!
