I can't just pull up my phone in the middle of a convo and type out a question etc. everyone would have changed the subject and stuff. I don't know. It would feel weird. I always feel excluded from the discussions. I am capable of holding a conversation, mind you, but it is difficult with all the stupid modern lingos.

When you hear slang you don't know, just try to take cues from others and laugh along or whatever. But remember the words. Then when you get home, look on Urban Dictionary online for the meaning. Then next time it comes up, you'll know :)
The one thing I agree with is when the guy says "Let's hang out sometime", and she says "What does that mean?". It's annoying how so many guys today are so casual and unclear about relationships. There's no formality anymore, with asking a girl on a date, where it was always clear that the interest was romantic. Now hanging out could mean just bed buddies, it could mean future spouses, it could mean just friends with no sexual/romantic interest.... how is a girl to know? The guy should be more clear.
Assumptions can be a real annoying. People do it often. They assume you get what they mean. People are just lazy & don't have language introductions done right.Nor is the phraseing done right.Leaveing some confused.

I just realized just how clueless I really am... This is very awkward. (Pun intended... Because I make everything awkward.... I agree!!! I don't consider myself clueless but I know many others would say I am. That, or they'll say I am innocent... ??? And I just don't get it. Why can't people just be real, direct and not expect others to guess what's on their minds or to think the same way they do? So what if I don't know much about what "everyone else" knows? I'm just not interested in becoming a regular person. One like the others. No... I'd rather be different. Think different. Live in my own way. And it would be great if I could do that without having others telling me I'm silly, clueless, innocent or whatever...

I've always been told that I am innocent, and it drives me crazy, especially when they tell me i'm just like this one coworker, but I don't see it at all, this one coworker honestly knows nothing about drugs, sex etc, and thinks everything he says is funny, umm, I've smoked,drank, and I'm not a virgin, and I don't laugh at my own jokes, the things I do laugh at is when I say something weird/odd in a serious way and make people think I was legit then afterwords I laugh about it, I am not innocent >.

Are coloured hair that common in America or is it just Buzzfeed girls? I mean, this girl has violet hair, Sara has green ones... And they're not the only ones. Because where I live the most original thing is red hair (the colour red, not ginger) and it's even pretty rare.

Well in other words the couple were going on a date, and they didn't want her tagging along, but she didn't get it.
