    This is one such question where you need to use intuition to find an answer.
    I tried to explain how you could approach the question. But I find it really difficult to give a simple explanation.
    To get a large remainder . We need to pick a number in such a way where that number and the reversed number is also large. One such possibility is 94 . Reversed number is 49. Both are large numbers and if you check the remainder , you will get 45 as the remainder (94/49).
    And from options we can see there is no other bigger remainder and can go with that answer.
    I was trying to explain how I could arrive at 49 and 94 as a probable case. That's what I tried to explain in the initial part. Sorry if I failed to explain properly 😅

    Just consider
    10x+y-(10y+x)=45
    Leads to x--y=5
    9-4=5

      After 49... When all numbes reversed it will be very less numbers....49 is max​@@amanpandey8690
