The taste is chicken bone soup. Based on chicken bones, bonito flakes and kombu dashi are added to create a unique flavor and aroma that goes well with the noodles.
Wakayanagi's Champon is topped with "Abegawa," which can be said to be the taste of Saga.
Abegawa is a yellow kamaboko paste made by mixing fish paste with eggs. It's sweet, but it's really good as an accent! .
