When Christ comes the Second Time He will take the righteous to heaven and spend 1000 years with them then after, He will bring them back to earth but as they descend Satan and all the wicked will be burnt with fire which is called Hell. So it is after the 1000 years. Please kindly read Rev 20:4-10 hopefully this should clear any doubts.

Pls after 1000 years that the lord will destroy the devil and his people or they will be destroyed before 1000years
