      Great to hear! Just keep in mind the problems I had with things like burgers where the grease didn't drain. All you have to do is use your silicone spatula (or other tool) to push the grease into the drain. =) Enjoy the grilling!

      Thanks for stopping by. My most viewed video isn't even about content I want to make... I just wanted to share a solution to a problem I had and apparently others have that issue too. My outdoors stuff is what I wanna do more of, but my Master's program is eating up all my leisure time.
      Also, just dropped a sub on your page. We got some rookie numbers!

      Do it! I used it the other day. Make sure you get the grill cover... keeps the weather from getting to it!

      That's the plan! Unfortunately, I can't go to any of the beaches here ATM and that's where a LOT of the fishing is. There are a few wharfs though and deep sea fishing..just gotta get a license for that first.

    Is it thermostatically heat? Does the heat go down itself when it’s too high? Cos I find that annoying.

    • @DungeonsAndDiving
      @DungeonsAndDiving  3 года назад +1

      It gets to the temp you set it on via the dial and maintains that temperature. Of the times I've used it, it will get up to temp and then cycle off/on to maintain it. It won't get cooler by itself but it won't add additional heat... similar to how your oven will keep the temperature steady. Keep in mind that when the food is cooking, it will absorb the heat from the grill surface, effectively cooling it... requiring the grill to heat itself back up. I will say, if you turn it all the way on, it will burn your food so keeping the temp up is not an issue.
      Used it again for burgers last week and made sure to direct the grease down the drain... they came out just fine as well. Not crispy like I like my charcoal grilled burgers, but then again, I ran out of charcoal so I had to make do.

    Are these removable plates and easy to clean? Is it the size of a large or jumbo pizza?

    • @DungeonsAndDiving
      @DungeonsAndDiving  2 года назад +2

      The grill surface itself is non-stick and a single piece you can remove and bring to the sink. There's a drip catch section that's made of a thinner metal that you can also bring in and clean in the sink. I'm very happy with this, although I use my charcoal grill much much more than the electric. However, the electric is nice when I need finer control of the temp (via the dial) than charcoal gives me.
