Crispy Fried Chicken Recipe | Home Style Cooking

Hello everyone,
Hope you all are doing good. Check out my first cooking video... about frying chicken. The ultimate comfort food.
Recipe is as follows:
Ingredients:
1) Chicken - 500 gm
2) Salt - to taste
3) White pepper - 2 tbsp
4) Onion powder - 2 tbsp
5) Garlic powder - 2 tbsp
6) Paprika powder - 3 tbsp
7) Milk - 500 ml
8) Yogurt - 300 gm
9) White onion - 1
10) Bay leaf - 3
11) Peppercorn - 5
12) Star anise - 2
13) Refined flour - 400 gm
14) Eggs - 5
Method:
1) Marinade chicken pieces in milk, yogurt, sliced white onion, bayleaves, star anise, peppercorns and the seasoning powders.
2) Keep marinated chicken in fridge for at least 3 hours.
3) Dust marinated chicken with seasoned flour,then dip into beaten eggs and do a second dusting with the same seasoned flour.
4) Fry till golden brown and crispy from outside.
5) Serve hot.
