if you do this again, double track the rhythm guitars and pan them both hard right and hard left. trust me it will sound bigger than a single tracked guitar. also drummers only have 2 arms and legs so keep that in mind when programming the drum parts
Honestly would love to see you do this again but add influences from genres your more familiar with like Trap, RnB or Drill into the mix, because as someone who actually listens to a lot of metal and punk you actually did pretty well!
This makes me happy. I can play guitar better than Simon. Boosted my ego. I don't have an ounce of his musical skills but I can chug a mean power chord for days. Lol
@nuh-uhbro765 yeah but it's still weird to imagine learning guitar without hearing Van Halen, Metallica, Iron Maiden, Sabbath. Usually when you think of iconic guitarists they come from metal/rock.
@@aircatcher6891 Rock and those classic bands for sure come to mind for me but the heavier you get the more niche it becomes. Since the title says he’s trying to make heavy metal I assumed that’s also what you meant by metal, but you’re right. I find it unlikely anybody would learn electric guitar without being a fan of that stuff.
You’ve got mad talent for not listening to heavy metal holyyyy

I like to think my drummer is Estepario Siberiano when making my drum tracks.

People learn guitar without listening to metal?
Guitars have been around a lot longer than metal 😂
