I have the worst case of chip yips on the planet. I have tried everything. Starting to think it is unmanageable and ready to quit golf.
The end of this video did not contain how to break the yips. It was not in episode 4. I agree 100% the yips are like a panic attack that I can't stop!
I think sports Hipnosis is a very good choice as well. A lot of those involuntary movements or spasms due to a Subconscious fear of embarrassment. Or other fear. I know you’re thinking, but I’m not embarrassed or I’m not nervous it would be subconscious. I’ve helped many people get over the ups and over Other golf problems. Hypnosis for golf it’s a secret weapon.

Presenter has had life's moments as a human being. Apparently, lots of stories will help the yipes.
I have the driver yips real bad, I feel like Kevin Na sometimes and I can't pull the trigger, I frezze over the ball thinking I am going to slice it real bad, and when I take the club back I feel disconnected, I have to close the face so bad that I end up hooking it, can you help?
