Very through, but would be nice to also see a video about how the pocket handles when being hit at different angles. I strung a lot of heads in high school playing FOGO defensive middie both sides middie and defender. I had goalies with high pockets and attackers with low pockets. Depending on how they moved. High pocket players tending to invert their sticks more often holding their head lower giving them better hold for low to high fakes, shots and a quicker release. The low pocket users being more opposite. Tending to have their head high and tight giving them more control when going through a barrage of stick checks. Good video, but I do believe there is more to it than what was stated. A players play style including when not passing or shotting can make a huge difference in what pocket choice would elevate their game the most.

Great vid! Something I never understood as a stringer is when poles want high pockets. Not a lot of protection, not a lot of channeling... Makes no sense!
