This is my favorite scene from the movie. Everyone's got guns but are still no match for the Predator. Absolute chaos, absolute massacre.
Plus, it's dark. They really can't see, so, they're going to miss.

in full light, with no camouflage, they'd have just turned the predator into a colander.
Charismatic and underrated Hollywood scene.
It's extra funny because everyone is conceal carrying firearms. Something that would be illegal in real LA.

I think he hit him, just small arms fire doesn't really bother a predator or a xenomorph.

I appreciate Predators explaining the plot hole and injustice of Jerry unloading a .45 into the Predator's torso with no effect with the scene where Walton Goggins' convict survives a phaser blast because he was wearing Predator armor.

Jerry tried everything and it didn’t do much. Idk what else Leona could have done with just a handgun. She made the best choice by helping people get out.
