Thank you so much for your lessons!
This is Tony Joe White style and it's fantastic!! Thanks a lot for this, it's really good for the confidence when we get these easier solos sounding good. Thanks Howard! :)

Excellent lesson..Thx so much!!
Glad you liked it!
Awesome tutorial btw. I’ve subscribed and saved your playlist to my account so I can find it right away
Thanks!
Howard, in the tab that you show for the blues scale at 2:35, for the B string it should be frets 7 & 10 not 7 & 8. Same for the high E string, should be 7 & 10 not 7 & 8.
Yes! There are a couple of type-os in the tab... Thanks for spotting that. A "correction video" was prepared, but so many viewers started watching it, that I decided to place it in the description box below.
@@247GuitarwithHowardHart Glad you appreciate my comment. Couple more things to note. At 14 mins the tab includes the chord F#7#5 but I think you meant it to be F#7#9? Also you state that you would include another run through of the solo showing the tab as you go, but we only get the backing track for the final 15 minutes? Would be great if you could add the solo with the tab as a short video maybe? Thanks, Howard.
thanks - thought I had an intonation issue 🙂
Hi - The video is being re-edited as I write this... Be sure to check it out, if you get a chance. There are a few changes :-)
Now we need a "Mediterranean Sundance" lesson.
Thank you so much Howard!
You are very welcome :-)
Fabulous - many thanks 🎸🎸🎸🎶🎶🎶
Do you have a video on anchoring your picking hand?
I'm not sure if this will address your specifics, but it's an all-around technique builder ~ Howard vimeo.com/ondemand/techniquelesson
Gracias! Crack
Hey Howard, thanks for the lesson. Should be 7&10, 7&10 at the B and E strings for your blues scale diagram😎
Yes :-) There's a type-o correction in the description box
Thankyou sir this is fantastic!! Are you on Patreon?
Not yet!
Just found your channel and this is exactly what i want to learn, pity you don't have a link to the backing track though...
The full Backing Track is at the end of the video :-)
@@247GuitarwithHowardHart oh ok thankyou very much Howard :-)
Great lesson ! I don’t see the scrolling tabs at the beginning of the backing track……
Does anyone know the bpm for the backing track. Beginner here with his first rhythm drum pedal
Is there printable tablature and downloadable backing track for all your lessons?
Hi - You can request the Tab at info@bluerasamedia.com - The BT is provided at the end of the video, but feel free to request it anyway :-)
Do you have any lessons similar but played on the higher notes, like the 13-17 frets? i guess though that wouldn't be Bm then would it, so i would need to find a different backing track.
There's more solos on the way... Exploring the full fretboard
@@247GuitarwithHowardHart ok great....thanks.
Backing track - 15:11
Nobody does it like you ..maan 12:54
What key is this lesson in Howard?
Hi - It's in B Minor... You can catch that in the first 20 seconds or so of the video :-)
@@247GuitarwithHowardHart ok thanks.
@@247GuitarwithHowardHart I'd skipped the beginning to get to the good stuff lol....thanks Howard.
Tem backin track?
I am a beginner despite playing power chords for years. This lesson is way beyond my comprehension. Everybody says this is easy in the comments. Its not that I think this is bad teaching. Its just so fast for me. I am just not getting it. Can anybody recommend a very slow lesson for idiots like me? Or should i just find another hobby?
No way, man. The secret to this solo is just understanding the key scales. It took me 5 years with a really bitchin' guitar teacher every week. It would be good to see if you can get a Zoom lesson with Howard.
Also, remember that Howard's been playing since Led Zeppelin 1 came out .... on vinyl
My point is that it takes time. Frustration will always accompany growth.
Start with his beginner blues part one and just take it in small chunks.
@@jeffreysturgill7668 agreed, I'm 55, finally decided to learn guitar last year. Howard's beginner course is perfect. I'd start there before tackling his solo videos
