Howard, in the tab that you show for the blues scale at 2:35, for the B string it should be frets 7 & 10 not 7 & 8. Same for the high E string, should be 7 & 10 not 7 & 8.

Yes! There are a couple of type-os in the tab... Thanks for spotting that. A "correction video" was prepared, but so many viewers started watching it, that I decided to place it in the description box below.

@@247GuitarwithHowardHart Glad you appreciate my comment. Couple more things to note. At 14 mins the tab includes the chord F#7#5 but I think you meant it to be F#7#9? Also you state that you would include another run through of the solo showing the tab as you go, but we only get the backing track for the final 15 minutes? Would be great if you could add the solo with the tab as a short video maybe? Thanks, Howard.

Do you have any lessons similar but played on the higher notes, like the 13-17 frets? i guess though that wouldn't be Bm then would it, so i would need to find a different backing track.

I am a beginner despite playing power chords for years. This lesson is way beyond my comprehension. Everybody says this is easy in the comments. Its not that I think this is bad teaching. Its just so fast for me. I am just not getting it. Can anybody recommend a very slow lesson for idiots like me? Or should i just find another hobby?

    • @richardb2652

No way, man. The secret to this solo is just understanding the key scales. It took me 5 years with a really bitchin' guitar teacher every week. It would be good to see if you can get a Zoom lesson with Howard.
