Congrats on 100 vids! Seriously...give yourself a pat on the back... pretty impressive! I know it takes a lot more work than people might think and I for one thank you for doing these... good stuff Eric! BTW.... loving the drone footage! 🙂
Hey eric congrats on the 100 ! My opinion even if you don't find anything post em, cause sometimes it's nice, just to just go to the beach, and it shows the real deal .
Congratulations on your milestone 100th video! From multiple SoCal YT channels, it looks like finds at L.A. County Beaches are on the way up. Good luck and watch out for those stingrays. 😳
@@SeekandDetect - I have an idea for the next one. If I can get myself into the vehicle before noon... BTW, that drone footage over the pier was REALLY impressive. 😮
Hey Eric, part of the problem with the lack of finds is that detectors are getting better. There are more people detecting as well as Covid stopped allot of depositors from coming to the beach. Then we need storms to push items up onto the beaches and to strip sand from the beaches. So there are good days and bad days. I used to find much older things and now more new items. Thanks for showing what it is really like to the uninitiated… John
Hello 😊 Bravo 👏 👏 👏 100 vids is sweet!!!!! Honestly, the ocean views, some history of the area, a friendly voice, maybe a little chat and laughs with friends...that's a great show!!! Finds are the icing on the cake for me. 😊😊😊 To funny, 😅 a horseshoe!
You are right not every time we go out and detect we do not find hardly nothing but that is the reality of this hobby. We get lucky and then sometimes it is a bust.. Luck and Location is the to basics and most of all just getting out and having fun.. Happy Hunting .
why is that.....clearer? I never used mine yet.....just charged it out of box last night....always had a garret 250 for 11 years!!....I had no clue I had total garbage!
Quite honestly, after metal detecting for ten years, the coins aren’t really worth the cost of the equipment. Even the occasional piece of jewelry hasn’t offset the cost of my Deus I , Deus II and many other Minelab detectors. It’s like I’m collecting detectors instead of valuable finds. Although I love the exercise and being out there it just is not lucrative.

It is like going to yard sales. So many people doing it that not as many good finds around.
So true, guess you just have to be the first one there in the morning😁

@@rdk162 it's explained in the manual, Beach 2 handles the salty water better, reduces noise
@@SeekandDetect thanks! do you live at the beach?
@@rdk162 I'm in Southern California, yes pretty close to the beach🏖

Most days the coins don't pay the gas money, but occasionally you have a day where a find will buy a new dectector😄
