Received the DetectTrek M55 yesterday. Put it together, it was fully charged, nice, so got an hour out to the beach. Does real well with close to surface, had no issue in wet sand (no chattering). Can’t wait to take it to a local party trashy section of the beach to get a good feel for it. Thanks again.

I wish our tot lots on the east coast were as nice as yours. Fresh mulch makes for a nice hunt. Most of ours is all decayed and muddy or you dig and hit the weed block right underneath.

Just a little more information he uses top quality, Pizzo speakers And can put tape over the two little drain holes and you’re good to go as far as the wind not that I’ve had a problem with it.
