    May I know the reason for using dark chocolate instead of all chocolate chips? Thank you!

      I used bitter-sweet dark chocolate (72% cocoa content) and semisweet chocolate chip (60% cocoa content), so it gives different flavor to the cookies ☺️ you can replace the dark chocolate with all chocolate chips if you like it to be all sweet.

      Yes, you can reduce about 10% of the sugar.

    The purpose of refridge overnight? Can I bake it after 30 minutes refrigerate?

      You can replace milk powder with same amount with flour.
      Yes, you can try to. Chilling the cookie dough solidifies the fat, and the it holds its shape after baking.
