this video was made while i was young and had just learnt it for myself. I did not specify quantity of sugar because people taste vary for this. The aim was for persons to know the basics of making pamie and enjoy adding their own twist the the recipe .
Well,I really appreciate that you made this because I could use the guidance.I will be adding cinnamon powder, a pinch of salt to taste and almond essence...So if I decide to mix pure cornmeal with that cornbread mix that I saw at Walmart or cornflour that I have at home, will my pemi be ok?

When I checked the ingredients, I discovered that the cornmeal mix used flour in it.
I regret not trying pamie when I lived in St Lucia.
Thanks for making the video. My request - Creole bread please!
Yall forgot the spices? And vanilla
What's about the salt .essence. and the rest u didn't show us how much u used in there 🤷🏽♀️
Hi love how many cups of cornmeal did you add?
i didn't measure by cups. i used 4 packets. but two packets should have enough to make a family size. while you try it out you can make adjustments.
Thank you.
Please make float next.
But you did not show the other ingredients. I saw raisin in there.
You didn’t even add in the cinnamon and it look like your reasons in there was going on girl
Float please?
