He was the only show they really frequented especially before the book of mormon. Im sure they are pretty good friends which is saying alot for Matt and Trey.
It’s amazing to think that Bigger, Longer and Uncut was meant to be the final curtain call of their show, but the movie ended up being so successful that Comedy Central ordered more seasons
3:46 According to the 2009 blu ray commentary, Trey and Matt had to get a copy of the movie from a Bootleg in Canal Street, NY in order to play the Conan clip. Paramount Pictures refused to give T&M the clip.
1:40 Obviously they didn't count very well, because there are actually 399 obscenities in the movie... I know this because Matt and Trey put that specific number in intentionally to make a point to the MPAA, because if the film has 400 or more obscenities it gets classified as NC-17 by the MPAA
I don’t know if this is actually true, because movies like Casino and Nil by Mouth came out before the South Park movie and they each have over 400 F-bombs, not even counting the other swear words in them. They both got R ratings.
Also, apparently MAFIAA didn't understand what "Bigger, Longer, Uncut" meant. When they realized it was a dick joke they had already approved the R rating
it is so crazy to me how within 2 years these guys changed their entire personas. I mean 1 year before this was filmed Trey was bleached blonde talking about farts, and now they show up in tuxedos LMFAO. inspiring shit
OMG OMG OMG! I have watched this video on RUclips with G SMOKE 🐐🚬0⃣3⃣😜🖕 and Black Peter Griffin and it was awesome! I love Trey Parker, Matt Stone and Conan O'Brien! My favorite part is the South Park segment with Conan in it! I loved that part! This is the greatest thing ever since 1999! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Most under appreciated BB character Who do you got? For me it’s gotta be Todd. Face Off ended S4 explosively (pun intended) - and with Gus out of the picture, S5 could have been a letdown. Instead it’s viewed as BB’s best season. I think Todd deserves a ton of credit for that. He was introduced as a polite, respectful, and loyal addition to the criminal crew, and quickly turned into the final wedge that drove Walt and Jesse apart for good - blowing up the blue empire forever. The killing of Drew Sharp, brutal. But the argument he made to Walt, Jesse, and Mike, it kinda made sense from a criminal POV. Him being loyal to W.W., his weird “sorry for your loss.” after Jack killed Hank, and talking Jack into giving Walt a barrel of cash, was conflicting. He seemed kinda cool. Then he turns to Jack and tells him they should extract info from Jesse before killing him…. And Todd then keeps him in cage, gives him ice cream, kills his ex, all for some crush on Lydia. Crazy. He’d switch from somewhat likable to completely horrible multiple times. He was a much different type of villain than Gus, but just as engaging.
Imagine the balls to go on the hosts talk show with a clip of him killing himself lol

Conan has always been a good sport though.
Well Conan did a sketch about hanging himself on the intro to good first ever show so doubt hes too sensitive to the subject
@@lucaswilliams4476 haha literally the first thing that happens on his show ever. Conan is so great

Moneeeeeyyy is pretty motivating

They even say that right before they play the clip here.
@@CurtisAlfeld Yes, but it really sounds like a joke (which it might still be).
my god they are so handsome in this interview
1:55 “they probably see that wherever they look!”
Spot on, Conan

@@TheAndrewj96 it's true, at least at that time, there are multiple interviews where Trey and Matt explain what they had to do to get it under NC-17
Also, apparently MAFIAA didn't understand what "Bigger, Longer, Uncut" meant. When they realized it was a dick joke they had already approved the R rating
Someday I'll make a animated comedy movie that will have it twice! Just to be on World Guinness book.

Love the band rendition of Uncle Fucker , lol
The band is playing their song.
It’s crazy to me that 1999 was a real time
That’s what happens when technology replaces normal brain functions 🤷♂️
It was a glorious time
I definitely hear Brent Spiner now
When they finally do stop the show, I would like another movie as a send-off
Conan got a lot better at interviews with time. His early interviews are a rough watch.
Like many art forms, interviewing takes time and practice to really get right. Now he can do it in his sleep
Thanks
Matt and Trey interview followed by Tom Petty damn what a line up
Conan sounds like he had a cold here
This is cool.
I woulda stuck around for Tom petty and the heart breakers anyday
So that clips bootleg.
Yes. They had to travel to Canal Street and buy a bootleg of the film.
shaved la bamba???

Can't tell if you're a bot or drunk
