I would like to correct what he put in this video. Testosterone has no effect on hair loss nor in increase in body hair or beard hair. DHT is what is dictates body hair/beard growth and also leads to a loss of hair on the scalp. It has nothing to do with how much you have in your system but how sensitive your body is to the hormone. Higher testosterone is only linked to higher sex drive, muscle mass, aggression, etc. So yes, your testosterone has increased which has lead to muscle mass however the increase in body hair/beard hair and loss of hair on scalp is strictly because of DHT. Look it up.

You can have a beard and your T levels could be low, it's not only about Testosterone, also hair loss, your T just converts more into DHT, if you are bald that doesn't mean your T leves are high, it's also genetics

The reason for baldness isn't DHT itself, but it is the scalp's sensitivity to the product of DHT, which when in contact with the root of the hair, prevents growth. So you can have little testosterone and get bald, because you inherited a sensitive scalp, on the flip side, you could have tons of testosterone and never go bald because your scalp isn't sensitive to it. Which can come out as aggression depending on the environment. Often high level managers and overachievers will have higher testosterone levels, as will the most agressive inmates.

High free testosterone is the best thing, it’s testosterone that is available to androgen receptors without the ability to aromatise into other hormones like estrogen. I’m a doctor. Unfortunately most of what you have mentioned are not accurate signs for “testosterone level”. It’s much complicated than that.

BTW women can be baldy too. So a man can have average or low testosterone level but high receptors sensitivity on his follicles rendering him to be baldy.

My total testosterone is 850 and my free testosterone is 85. No wide face, shoulders normal, ring finger is pretty normal. My doctor says my free levels are freakishly high. What is considered high total and free? 1000/100, 1200/120...1500? I think these could be over generalizations.
High free testosterone is the best thing, it’s testosterone that is available to androgen receptors without the ability to aromatise into other hormones like estrogen. One of the biggest problems with high overall T is estrogen conversation which gives gyno, more body fat and if too much can affect mental functions

He'll end up with bigger muscles, a deeper voice, stronger sex drive, and be more assertive regardless of his level of body hair, baldness and shoulder width (which will also increase, though, too!)
