triple click the surface (select all Geometry) And Apply The Material And Group it,Then again Add Material To Group..it will work

if you need to see caustics you should render with "render vray " mode, interactive mode not showing the caustics, when you finished all lighting,HDRI's do final render with Render Vray

For some reason I can't get the water to be transparent. I been having this issue for a while, work on some projects but doesn't work on others. The water just becomes a mirror with no refraction at all

@@Thilinaliyanagevraysketchup Tried it all I think it might be a bug with the version of V-Ray I'm using. It happens with other transparent materials as well. The transparency and reflection act weird.
