I dont online but can call to ircc official number IVR and check with them with your UCI details and application number and can check status whether it is updated or not for wp. And still if you have doubt can speak with them. Usually busy line to speak. But from IVR automated response you will know.

Depends on the company ATS pays way above this.
Overtime will pay you more than regular pay. I was with ATS and in my city they paid $22 as a start pay
