I've already seen several Clive fights and the truth is he doesn't seem that strong, maybe he's level A or B, people love to overrate DLC a lot.

Depends really on how plus he is in transition. When he does it from a punish like 1,1 or rising 4, shift 2 string and even shift 4 is uninterruptible
