Gift cards, pay for things in ways that you dont look like you paying them for favors. I was an assistant teacher. I could not give students money. I could buy them lunch I could give money to another student to give to them. You have to be very careful when dealing with kids. Never could they have our personal phone numbers or even know where we lived. Caution was the key in these days.
