Cooley has been named The Popchock Player of the Night Presented by Solyco Advisors for week 6 of the IC Hockey 3v3 Elite League Summer showcase.

Popchock’s Player of the Night for Week 6 of the Ice Castle 3-vs.-3 Elite Hockey League, presented by Solyco Advisors, is Team Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers forward Logan Cooley!
We’ve been blessed to catch the rising star of the NHL’s Utah Hockey Club in action this summer, and the return of world-class cousin L.J. Mooney to the Raising Cane’s lineup put the dynamic duo in their own solar system.
They opened the night with a dominant win over Team Saloon for the third time in four meetings. Cooley led the way with four goals and six points for Raising Cane’s, netting a natural hat trick in the second period alone.
Raising Cane’s went on to conclude the regular season with its third weekly championship in six tries, defeating fellow front-runner Team Gordo’s Tacos & Tequila for a fourth time overall to claim it. Cooley opened the scoring 1:49 into the first period, then assisted on
one of multiple sizzle-reel goals by Mooney in the nightcap. His helper on Mooney’s amazing one-timer from the left circle three minutes into the second period proved critical, as Cane’s hung on for a 6-4 triumph.
Cooley, with 40 points, finished as the league leader entering the Castle Cup championship event. His 23 assists were also tops, and his 17 goals ranked fourth.
