Hi Robert, in general, you have to exchange any evidence you would like to show to the judge with the other party. Each court has a different procedure for when in the process you do this. For example, Los Angeles small claims require you to exchange evidence with the other party before the hearing day. Other courts, you exchange evidence at the hearing before you speak with the judge.

My Landlord had put in a room with no windows because she was buying a new trailer for me to live in since the previous one was taken by the previous owner. I feel I have been living for 3 months in an unhabitable dwelling due to her. Also she is refusing to give me my deposit. I was wondering is there anything else I should know before I file for small claims?

The service center told me that they will proceed with the recall and said that they won’t put the aftermarket back and i said it’s fine as long as it still can do its job.
