I'm having same trouble with mine, had a machanic out he said it was pump failure, he's suggested replacing the module first. Been trying to get it into a garage but no luck
Fair play mate. Wished you mentioned why you're changing this part. Maybe run the van, showed error codes or something. Would be much better you said what's what now and then. (Even use a voice changer). I'm thinking this you're changing is the fuel pump solenoid, which is difficult to access. Really good video mate, cheers. Oh, whilst remembering, could you not mount pencil cameras onto your wrists.. think that would be good. Good on you.

I have the same model of pump and a diesel leak from the solenoid, and the diesel engineer tells me that it is necessary to recode the pump and that I have to send them the injection pump. only the diesel flowed next to the wires in it, without any symptoms, I mounted another one which unfortunately was not functional, it remained locked in closed with too low flow, if it stays unused for more than 2 years it freezes, there are other situations in which she recovers after a few light blows, after 5000km I still have the one that drips. The symptoms for the faulty solenoid are a decrease in force, it stops at idle, it only regulates the flow of diesel needed to reach the injectors.

nakon što ga upališ napajaj ga malo po malo sa sprejom za čišćenje kočnica, male i kratke mlaznice na usisno crijevo ili ulaz u turbinu, možda ti se posreći da proradi, ovi regulatori zapinju ako se ne koriste neko vrijeme , uzmite peglu, ključ nešto i lagano kucnite.
I don't know that, but if you put direct 12 V you should hear something but this method is not indicated, I had one blocked by half (low flow) and nothing could be heard on direct current even though it was working half the capacity
My engine runs, but not correctly, you can see on this video i put here the failure. I have read that the value is about 0.5ohms, but i have 0.9-1.0ohms. when i put 12v i hear something, but i think it will have to be noisier. When i put 12v, the crocodile wires i use for that, get warm. I also see that the solenoid conector is not at 90 degrees, its a little turned.
@@16AGA94 This pump model: VP29, VP30, VP44, has 2 valves, be careful of both, one is just below, but as you describe the problem may be from the pump computer, the injection pump module.

Regulator debit motorina … o prostie cat casa si greu de gasit , si in ziua de azi imi curge , am pus un altul de pe o pompa functionala care a stat mai bine de un an apoi am aflat ca ele daca stau dupa un timp se blocheaza , lam pus sus … , debit mic , nici la relanti nu statea .

Nuu , e chiar intre conducte cum iasa din pompa , vezi video pe canal sunt mai multe , chiar si cu inlocuirea acestuia

I also have to say, that when i test the wires of solenoid, connected in the module give me 0v, but when i disconnect, in the module i have 12v

Fara simptome , doar picura electrovalva pe la fire
