Dara's Story

Dara, a 36-year-old Wilmington attorney, was transferred to Duke Raleigh Hospital for a mechanical thrombectomy, a lifesaving procedure that removes a clot from a stroke patient's brain. Three weeks after the procedure, she was back at work.
