Minstrel Carnival | Tweede Nuwe Jaar is back

After a two-year hiatus, it's all systems go for Tweede Nuwe Jaar in Cape Town. Also known as the Kaapse Klopse Festival, colourful display of dance, music and other displays will brighten the streets of the Mother City as new year celebrations continue.
