The founder of all stereotypes that American cinema has created about Italy. Some nice and funny, like pizza and mandolin and old ladies dressed in black. Others not very fitting and discriminatory like that of the classic mafia that is still seen in films today, and that no one has ever met in Italy. This film was the antithesis to the real direction that Italy was taking at that time. STREOTYPES children of a cinema that does not make culture or knowledge. The trouble is, people who are too lazy have never moved beyond the stereotypes seen in movies.
