@@Kosem153hey I don't mean to be rude but build usually won't help in most real fights unless you're insane jacked and specifically target certain parts for that. Instead I would recommend looking into MMA if you plan on fighting
if you want to grow abs with doing these three things, this is what you should do 10 sets of 5 leg raises 14 sets of 15 v-ups and around 50 Russian twists

Great exercises. Especially the good old leg raises. Make sure to activate the core throughout whole range of motion for full effectiveness. One arm standing dumbell curls are great for the core too. Feet shoulder width apart, hips out and up, standing tall and shoulders back, chin up, elbows in, core engaged. Use your core to 'torque' the dumbell as much as you, using your back and core primarily.
Day 1 of doing all those exercises x100 each. 1/25 ❤ Edit: Changed it to x50 of each 😂 Not because I’m lazy but the V-Ups are hard for me and I’m also using a kettle bell for better effect. But i’ll let u know how it goes in a week guys. Stay strong 💪🏻

And you need a body fat of 12 or lower to see you abs. I would recommend cardio and a 200-500 caloric deficit.
