Yeah that's been the same for all now... they're cracked down on it cause God forbid you "cheat" THEM out of a few of your dollars... those f***ers NEED ALL YOUR MONEY. Most sites and such... if you have a brand new unused credit/debit card WILL work... though you MAY need to change your account's address or make a new one... for Disney, NOTHING will work... they have the ability to tap directly into the banks and SEE the type of card and its actual billing address attached to the card. So.. it will NEVER work now.

You MUST have a card FROM that country with or without an address ALSO from that country... cause that won't work for Canadians and us Americans, no matter WHAT VPN is used for Disney, the card AND the BANK... must both match the country you are CLAIMING to be from. END OF LINE

@@Kurdy- He probably using turkish bank card... I tried prepaid card from internet doesn't work too, local bank card even don't try it won't work.... seems they closed it only to geo turkish cards.
