- I've had the Triumph Scrambler 400 X in the garage for the past couple of weeks, and now its finally time to go over the latest member of the Triumph Scrambler family and take a closer look at what's going on.
I have the same bike with me for 3 months. It’s a great bike for on and off road experience.
This is a very good review. Well done!
Nice thorough review Mat! Great location too ;)
Thanks Wes, Cambridge can be pretty nice in the autumn if you’re going for the “leaves, LEAVES EVERYWHERE!” vibe 😂
We never got to back to back with my 900! Just coming up to 3,000km. Maybe next time?
I know! Now I’ve gone and sold the 400 X out from under myself too. Once it’s had its 1000km service it’s off to its new owner.
Definitely need to meet up for a ride at some point still.
only a gravel road? really? grow a pair bro! get that thing in the dirt! it loves it! I take mine single track and mud, off road roots and rocks no problem, I did put some more aggressive tires on there but I'm actually happy that the wheels aren't spoked, I doubt anyone is going to crack these doing normal offroad riding. this beast is a dual sport all day long, I'd rather have this than any of those 650cc and up 500+ lb bikes out there that people take offroad. don't put this bike down it is geared beautifully for offroad, crawl in 1st gear and 2nd can go all the way down to almost stopped and still pull away no problem!
Its not his bike, I wouldn’t be surprised if the Triumph guys told him light gravel was the limit for a demo bike
if onl it had spoked wheels it would make my deck hard hey
They try to kill people around here if your bike looks at all off roadish, not kidding .
Two weeks and couldn't get it off road. Hmmm. It's a scrambler. Hardly a complete review.
That’s why it’s called a “quick review”.
There's a difference between quick complete. Perhaps you should have titled as an incomplete review. Or perhaps you thought you were reviewing the speed not the scrambler
