  • Dead for 6 Minutes - Recovery from Anorexia Nervosa with Claire Cieslar #edrecovery
Claire is recovering from an eating disorder that nearly took her life.
This was a fun and horrifying interview that I think everyone needs to hear. At one point I asked Claire what crazy things she did that she at the time thought were normal, and I thought my eyes would pop out of my head.
As you know, I don’t work with people who have eating disorders, but I’ve heard and done some crazy stuff in my life. Even so, it was hard for me to comprehend the level of self-deception and unawareness that comes with an eating disorder.

This is awesome Pim! Thanks Claire for sharing your story. I had a relative who was anorexic/bulemic. She suffered a lot with mental health issues. Environment and what we are told affects us more than we realize. ❤❤
