DPS priest has a lot of burst in short fights, but they fall of in longer fights. But I haven't played one myself, I can only tell from others players I saw in raid :). In pvp both are really good.
I had this build but problem is, the summoned spectral from bone spirit does not benefit or inherit the stats you gained from any buffs like Soul burst, inscribe stone skill (ultimate) and Echo Destiny, and also some other buffs from other classes. it only inherits 40% of your base stats. another problem is, the spectral does not move. So in large scale pvp where in most players move a lot, it is kinda useless unless you want to hold a spot. But i think it is still a good option if you are doing a 1v1 or small scale pvp.
@@JohnnyGambler also your opening rotation needs to be, 1+2 to collect atleast 3-4 souls then 4+6 for buff, since soul blade talent gives 30% combo dmg within 6 secs you would also want to maximize that as well not just the soul burst buff. you would want to still have 4-5 souls when your done doing 3 and 4 so you can immediately cast 3 because of the 6 secs window for soul blade buff.
Practice makes perfect! As long as you enjoy playing, it will get better! :) Healing is quite nice to play tho! I agree there. I tried it out a bit lately.
@@JohnnyGambler Its nor about practice. its about tuning. Necro just lack dps. In fact i already have all classes in a game and from this point necro kinda worst. You just dont feel impact of your dmg.
Johnny, i am doing exactly the same thigs you do, but i guess i am wrong in something. My damage starts with 8K (sometimes) but i have difficult to maintain it at hight level. Could we have a Discord Chat togheter and see what i am doing wrong? Thanks in advance
Hey, do you have the necessary hit rate of 630? Thats the point a lot of players are missing. Get Silverlit Buff and use potions. Also a melee provides a raid buff (Berserker, Paladin, e.g.), so they have to use it. Rest is rotation and positioning, if you copy my skills and inscribed stone :)

Aoe damage is great of Necro. I think most classes can do great damage aoe & st, if played right. Hunter, Warrior, bards are also great dds for example.
@@WackyMackie I totally understand your point and its valid to critisize p2w! I also wouldnt play, if it would be like this. But in fact you can get everything in a fair time by playing. Gold isnt really helping you much powerwise, since you wont be able to get good equipment in Dungeon Shop. It's a catchup mechanic basically. And you get tons of gold in game. If it stays like this, I totally disagree about p2w in Tarisland. Everything else is cosmetics for real money. But thanks for sharing your opinion here!

Yes. Priest dps is the weakest ranged dps in general.
